How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $7! Overseas shipping is $10 and then $2 per additional item.  Addresses within Australia can add Registered Post for an extra $3 and Express Post for $5. Make sure you add these to your cart before checking out. 

How long will my order take?
All orders are shipped within 7 days of receipt. We use Australia Post and actual delivery time will vary depending on your location. Please allow extra time for Australia Post to deliver your parcel at busy times like Christmas and Easter.​

I need it in a hurry!
If you have a deadline you can email us detailing your requirements and we will do our best to meet them.

Can I add extra items to my order?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to add further items.​

Are all your products in stock?                                                                                        Yes, you can only order stock if it is available for purchase. If we don’t have it you can’t order it. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of something after you have placed your order. Should this happen we’ll refund you.

An item I wish to purchase is out of stock. When will it be available again?
Sign up for our Newsletter and ‘like’ our Facebook page to find out when new and existing items are in stock.​

Can you hold items for me until everything I want is in stock?
At this stage we are unable to hold products.

What payment methods do you accept?                                                                          We accept credit card and paypal.

Do you offer lay-by?                                                                                                          At the present time we do not offer lay-by.

Do you ship internationally?                                                                                           We do!  Postage costs will be calculated at the check out.

Can I return an item if I have changed my mind?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

What happens if my item arrived damaged?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt for details of how to return your item for a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern. We are unable to accept returns on items after 7 days.​

What happens to ‘return to sender’ parcels?                                                                 Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked ‘return to sender’ you will have to pay for postage to get the items re-shipped.

Can I contact you by phone?
